Your happiness is our top priority and we will do everything we can to make this process easy and hassle-free.
From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to fall in love. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, to start a return, please contact us at hello@solareclipsestyle.com.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds take approximately one to two weeks to process. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Please note: All brushes are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene reasons.
We’re really proud of our extended return period, and to ensure we can continue offering this to our customers, we do monitor returns. Continued returns may be flagged and future orders potentially refused at our discretion.
Gift Returns
If you received a Solar Eclipse item as a gift and wish to return it, please reach out to us at hello@solareclipsestyle.com to initiate the return process.

International Orders
International orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with the security tag attached, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If duties or customs fees are not prepaid and a package is refused or returned, the order will not be refunded.
