I am a teacher in early childhood education, so I spend my day teaching little ones. I absolutely love it! It keeps me busy, so I usually blog on my lunch break, after work, and on the weekends.

I celebrate myself in the moment by practicing self-are and being proud of small successes. I am a huge advocate for self-care. Not just face masks and hot baths, although I certainly love those! But also eating well, taking care of your mental health, and grounding exercise like yoga. I was recently in a car accident and I am still in physical therapy, so I am proud of myself when I can complete a stretch that I previously couldn't. It has made me so grateful for my healthy and capable body.
